Powys U13 Boys Rugby Festival

A huge well done to our U13 Boys Rugby Team who played in the annual Powys Schools Rugby Festival held at Llanidloes RFC yesterday.

After a very tough start against eventual competition winners Crickhowell in their first game, the boys grew in confidence throughout the day, putting in some really encouraging performances against Gwernyfed, Llanfyllin and Llanidloes in their remaining games, showing fantastic effort and scoring some cracking tries as a result!

A huge thank you to WRU Engagement Officer Eon Williams for organising a really enjoyable day for our pupils, as well as our Yr9 Leaders who did an amazing job coaching and leading throughout the day!
