Powys Schools Cross Country Championships - 17th January

Last week was the Powys Schools Cross Country Championships in Dolerw Park, Newtown. Lots of fantastic results from our pupils who were a credit to the school, competing against 9 other schools from Powys and generally in a field of 50-60 runners for each age group.

Team results:
1st - Yr7 Girls
2nd - Yr7 Boys
3rd - Junior Boys (yr8&9)
5th - Junior Girls (yr8&9), Middle Girls (yr10&11), Middle Boys (yr10&11)

Individual (top 12 finish for consideration for County selection):

7th - Ffion Jones, James Pengelley-Leach
8th - Amy Bennett
10th - Abi Pulfer
11th - Masie Love, Vincent Evans
12th Logan Grant
