Powys Schools Cross Country Championships

An excellent day of cross country running last week for our pupils who competed in the annual Powys Schools Cross Country Championships at Dolerw Park.

All pupils gave it their all and put in a fantastic effort, with many excellent individual performances, stand-out amongst them were Gracie in year 7 who battled away to a 2nd place finish, as well as Tyler year 7 and Charlie year 9 who both achieved top 10 finishes in their age groups.

Team success was achieved with a 2nd place for the year 7 girls as well as our Junior Boys finishing 3rd and our year 7 Boys narrowly finishing 4th, just 2 points off a podium place.

A fantastic effort from our fantastic pupils, who we are incredibly proud of once again! Da iawn pawb!
