North Powys KS3 Netball Tournament & Evabuild Kit Sponsorship

Our KS3 netball teams put on a brilliant display of determination, teamwork and sportsmanship at the recent North Powys tournament in Welshpool on Tuesday 5th May.

Year 7 Highlights — A fantastic first competitive experience for many of our players. They showed great enthusiasm, growing in confidence with every match and representing the school with pride.

Year 8 Success — An outstanding performance secured 2nd place out of 6 North Powys schools. Their teamwork, accuracy and resilience shone throughout the tournament. They won all but one game to the eventual winners Welshpool. They also looked the part in their fantastic new netball kit, kindly sponsored by Evabuild.

Year 9 Results — A great competitive show from Year 9 who progressed and worked better together throughout the competition finishing with 2 convincing wins, 1 close draw and 2 losses, showing real grit and competitive spirit.

A huge well done to all players for their effort and sportsmanship. They represented the school brilliantly and should be incredibly proud of their achievements. Also, a big thank you to our sports leaders who came along to team manage the teams helping with orders of play, scoring and team positions, as well as another massive thank you to Evabuild for their generous support!
