GCSE results 2026

Students across both campuses of Newtown High School celebrated a morning of achievement as GCSE results reflected the hard work, determination and resilience shown throughout their studies. With many students securing excellent grades and opening doors to exciting next steps, there was a real sense of pride and celebration across the school community.

Among the students recording top level marks are:
• Chloe Joseph-Evans; Caitlin Gudgeon; Anya Roberts; Sophia Wheat; Eliza Jones; Ebony Pritchard, Abi Pulfer and Mia Williams from the Newtown Campus.

Headteacher Mrs Havard said:
