Friday 13th December Fixtures @ Llanfyllin

Our u14 boys football team bowed out of the Welsh Cup in the Powys Final, going down to a 8v3 loss to a strong Llanfyllin team. The boys will be disappointed that they weren’t able to match the levels of the week before, despite standout performances from defenders Ashton and Tyler, midfielder Jaden and captain Konrad, who helped himself to an impressive hat trick of goals.

Our u13 girls netball and boys rugby teams both had friendlies against their Llanfyllin counterparts, gaining valuable experience and game time playing with each other. A big well done to all of our first-timers in yr7 and both Mia & Richard in yr8. All pupils represented the school really well, showing great teamwork and putting in lots of effort!

A big thank you to Llanfyllin for hosting. All games were played in the best spirit and all pupils were a credit to their schools, best of luck in the Welsh Cup National Round of 16 for your u14s! Da iawn pawb, well done everyone!
