I eat a suitable amount of protein and carbohydrates each week but do not eat enough vitamins and minerals to get my 5 a day. I plan to eat 2 more pieces of fruit and one more portion of vegetables each day to make sure I reach my 5 a day target.

I only drink 3 cups/glasses of water each day and need to try to double this to six each day over half term.

Castle Essay

Complete Essay with following guidance to help you.

The first type of castles were Motte and Bailey castles. These were built by…..

(you need to then describe it (level4) then explain the strengths and weaknesses of it (level5) and then explain why this led to a change to the next type of castle ( level 6) 

 After Motte and Bailey castles Stone keep castles were built. ( you need to then describe it (level4) then explain the strengths and weaknesses of it (level5) and then explain why this led to a change to the next type of castle ( level 6) (in this section you need to talk about both square and round towers)

The last type of castles were concentric castles.  These were different . ( you need to then describe it (level4) then explain the strengths and weaknesses of it (level5) and then explain why this led to a change to the next type of castle)

After 1400 less castles were built because…….(explain why, no need anymore due to less actual invasions.  Explain how castles were left to ruin or they were made into homes and less defensive)

In 2020 castles are now a place where  ( what do castles do today?  Why do we visit them?)
